Soar on Saturdays is a dance access program that provides young students the opportunity to explore movement over the course of a free six-week dance class. Classes meet once a week. At the end of each six-week session, parents are invited to watch their child participate in class. (To protect the privacy of the other dancers, we ask that parents do not video record the computer screen.) Class size is very limited, and registration will be based on a lottery system. Everyone who registers by the deadline will be entered into a lottery for that session. Students whose names are drawn will be invited to participate in the session. Students whose names are not drawn but who show interest in future sessions will be automatically entered into those lotteries.
